About shoes

  • Can These Be Worn Without Socks?
    Yes, BMCiTYBM Mesh Baby Shoes can be worn with or without socks based on personal preference.
  • How Do I Clean Them?
    For best results we recommend hand washing them or machine washing them on a gentle cycle. To dry, tumble dry on low or let them air dry.
  • Do They Have Arch Support?
    No, the BMCiTYBM Baby Shoes don't have any artificial arch support built into them. This is to allow for the baby's arches to develop naturally.
  • Are They Good for Wide/Chunky Feet?
    Yes! The flexible upper material allows the shoes to stretch for feet that are wide or chunky making them the perfect fit.
  • Do You Have a Sizing Guide?
    Yes, we have a sizing guide on all of our product pages. Please ensure you reference the sizing guide for the pair of shoes you're looking to purchase and measure the child's foot before a purchase is made.
  • Do These Run Large, Small, or Normal?
    The BMCITYBM Mesh Shoes run large.
  • Are They Comfortable?
    Yes! In fact, many of our customers say that BMCITYBM shoes are the only shoes their child will wear.
  • Are They Waterproof?
    No. The uppers of our BMCiTYBM Mesh Sneakers are made with fabric and will absorb water if submerged.
  • Do They Allow the Foot to Breathe?
    Yes! The upper mesh material is designed to allow the foot to breathe. This helps to keep your little one's feet dry and cool.

Delivery

  • How long will it take to ship my parcel(s)?
    This varies based on your Country since we ship worldwide. Please see our shipping policy for more information on delivery times in different regions.
  • If I order multiple items, will they arrive in 1 package?
    If you order multiple products, they may come separately to ensure quicker delivery.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    No, we currently only ship to select Countries. Please visit our checkout page to see if your Country is listed.
  • Who delivers my item(s)?
    Your orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center and will normally be delivered to you via your local postal service.
  • I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
    Please contact us directly and we will help sort that out for you.
  • I made a mistake in my delivery address, what do I do?
    Reach out to sales01@bmcitybmkids.com immediately regarding the error. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet we will adjust the shipping details for you.
  • My local carrier is showing package delivered but I didn't receive it, what do I do?
    We recommend reaching out to your local carrier as soon as possible and providing them with your tracking number to see if they can provide you with any additional information regarding your order's whereabouts.

    If your local carrier isn't able to locate the package or it was stolen please reach out to us. 
  • My order was returned to sender.
    If an order has been marked as returned to sender due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address, we first recommend reaching out to the postal service ASAP. They may be able to correct the shipping address before it gets officially returned.

    In the event that an order has already been processed to be returned to sender, two options are offered:

    1) BMCiTYBM will resend the order once the customer has paid $5 to cover the redelivery fee to the corrected address (please contact us to arrange this).
    2) BMCiTYBM will provide a refund in the amount of the order minus a $5 shipping/restocking fee

Returns Exchanges and Refunds

  • My item doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
    BMCiTYBM shoes are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt. All products should be returned in original packaging to our returns department located in China and return delivery costs are paid by the returner. Proof of original delivery and proof of postage should then be emailed to sales01@bmcitybmkids.com in order to obtain the refund.
  • My item arrived damaged. Can I return it?
    In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged please email us at sales01@bmcitybmkids.com to get a new item, free of charge.
  • How long does it take to get a refund?
    Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with.
  • Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
    Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us.

Payments

  • Which currency are prices in?
    All products are charged in USD. Although you can use our currency switcher, the final amount charged to you will be in US dollars.
  • What payment terms you can accept?
    We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • My payment was declined, why?
    If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases), there is a hold on the card. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining. Solutions: try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method (they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Import and Tax Charges

  • Can I be charged with import duties?
    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

    BMCiTYBM cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Miscellaneous

  • Where are you located?
    We are headquartered in China.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    We have various manufacturing partners located within Asia.
  • Where are your products shipped from?
    Our products are shipped from our manufacturing facilities located in the US and China. As long as we have inventory in our US warehouse orders are shipped from within the US. If we are out of stock in our US warehouse, orders may be shipped from our China warehouse for faster shipping times while we wait for inventory to be restocked.
  • Do you provide phone support?
    No, currently only email support is provided.

Emails and Notifications

  • I bought something and didn’t get an email from you.
    If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email (sales01@bmcitybmkids.com) or our contact form with your full name and shipping address. We will sort this out ASAP.

    Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders. Therefore we recommend double checking those folders as well.
  • I am unable to view your email content.
    If you are unable to view our email properly, do get in touch and we will resend you the email.
  • How can I contact you?
    Please email us at sales01@bmcitybmkids.com. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your email within 1 business day.
